The B&B is in a lovely penthouse with a roof terrace overlooking Rome skyline at the 5th floor with elevator, surrounded by the magic of Villa Riccio, spellbinding valued location in Flaminio district, international destination of sport, art and culture.
It is an ideal logistic base to visit Rome also on foot and to attend sport, music, art events as well, living an authentic non-touristic Roman experience, in a safe environment with a charming atmosphere.
Bed & Breakfast A Casa di Lia a Roma features 2 cozy guestrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, with all the facilities, linen, hairdrier, WiFi, central heating, AC, mosquito nets at the windows, TV, comfortably furnished in shabby-chic style and a fully equipped kitchenette in the vintage style breakfast room with induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffe and cappuccino machine, electric kettle, toaster and blender.
In the double room, also single-use, it is possible to separate the double bed and have twin beds or add an extra bed. The en-suite bathroom, with window, shower and bidet, also offers a jacuzzi tub for guests'relax.
The "Queen" room has a very comfy queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and is ideal for single travellers.
The view is over the terraces and the roofs of Rome, Parioli skyline, the big Lebanon cedar tree of the wide open courtyard and the other trees of the park of Villa Riccio.
The breakfast room with kitchenette is available to guests to start the day with self serve continental breakfast, an excellent espresso, American coffee, cappuccino, tea, bread, butter, jam, cereals, croissant, milk, yogurt, fruit, eggs, cheese and ham. All products are prepackaged accoring to the rules of Lazio Region for B&B.
The B&B zone of the penthouse is separated from "casa di Lia", where Lia lives with her wolfdog/Belgian malinois: you can keep your own privacy and feel at ease and safe like home.
Lia speaks Italian, English, some Spanish and French and will provide her guests with the needed information to enjoy their Roman holiday.
Guests’ pets are welcome.
Just around the corner, there is an incredible variety of bars and restaurants, ranging from osteria and pizzeria with traditional dishes to trendy bistros, such as Pizzeria del Vignola and Osteria Mamma Mia, hangouts of Romans and celebrities as well, and supermarkets, shops and markets.
